>Knowing when to stop

> I decided to stop participating in Nanowrimo this year. I have too much on my plate right now and it’s just not fun anymore. The idea behind this project, for me, was to have fun.

I decided to give away this altered slide tonight. It could be used as an ornament or a necklace. The back has an image of the Eiffel tower. If you want a chance to win, just leave a comment and I’ll announce the winner tomorrow at 7PM (eastern time.)

  1. >That is beautiful, I love the Eiffel tower! Good that you stopped it when it quit being fun! I signed up for the 365 days of blogging this year & there were some days it was very hard. I'm looking forward to some time off in Jan!

  2. >It should be fun and when it isn’t it’s good that you can recognize that. I usually get in over my head and just keep going, making myself miserable in the process!

  3. >I understand – the first year, I tried to make myself keep on doing it even though I was supercrunched for time, and it really wasn’t all that much fun. Your slide is lovely – I’m sorry I missed your giveaway.
